ARTWORK GUIDELINES
Acceptable File Formats:
We recommend you build your original files using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or Microsoft Publisher.
SAVE your file(s) as a High Quality PDF – Preferred Vector format.
High quality, editable PDF files saved from Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop are required,
Do NOT include printer marks such as crop marks and print registration marks in your print ready files.
Please note that Adobe Illustrator special effects such as glows, transparencies or drop shadows are not recommended. These effects sometimes have unpredictable results when printing.
Adobe Photoshop is preferred when using special effects.
When using SFX, color output is not guaranteed for your printed design.
Font Specifications:
Fonts must be converted to outlines on all print ready PDF files. When possible, please include the names of fonts used in your design file.
Color Specifications:
Please provide all vector files (Illustrator) in CMYK format. Please supply all raster artwork (Photoshop files, jpgs, tiffs) in RGB format for the most accurate color output.
Resolution:
All vector files must be saved as 150 pixels per inch at 100%.
Image Rights:
CUSTOMER -SUPPLIED IMAGE FILES
For images, artwork, and logos supplied by customer, total and complete legal responsibility resides with the customer.
Customer further warrants said design does not knowingly violate any registered trademarks, copyrights or service marks.
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BannersforChurches.com and its agents against any and all claims, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from any misuse and/or unauthorized use of images and/or artwork.
